Your body goes through tremendous changes during pregnancy. From hormones, to postural changes and weight gain - these adaptations affect how you move and feel through all three trimesters.
I am trained to treat both orthopedic conditions and pelvic floor dysfunction related to pregnancy.
From shoulder girdle and low back pain, to leaking with exercise, I work one-on-one with you to create a more comfortable pregnancy.
All women and pregnancies are unique and your wellness method may look different from the woman next to you. Depending on your individual needs we will create a treatment plan that works for YOU. Physical therapy during pregnancy can address a wide range of symptoms.

Empower yourself with information and actionable steps to prepare for birth and postpartum recovery. I work with you to teach you muscle release, breathing techniques and movement strategies based on YOUR body and alignment to prepare your pelvic floor muscles to be in their most optimal state for labor and birth.
I also teach breathing and pushing techniques to help protect your pelvic floor muscles and minimize tearing during the pushing phase of birth.
Birth Prep is for you too! We can discuss your options and birth wishes for your belly birth. I will also teach you everything the hospital forgets to mention to help bring ease to your recovery in the first weeks following surgery.
It is truly amazing what bodies endure during and following pregnancy. I applaud you for taking the steps to care for yourself physically and mentally.
I have partnered with Michelle Ess, Certified Birth Doula CD, Postpartum Doula PCD and Certified Lactation Education Counselor to offer comprehensive virtual childbirth education.
