Hello! Congratulations on taking the first step to prioritizing your health!
I live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with my husband and two young daughters. Prior to moving to Steamboat to raise my family, I practiced in a variety of clinical settings in New York City, including in-patient acute care, rehabilitation and orthopedic and sports physical therapy. After the birth of my first daughter, I realized the importance of pelvic floor rehabilitation during pregnancy and postpartum.
As I searched for information and treatment, I encountered a lack of accurate information regarding exercise during the prenatal/postpartum period and for pelvic health in general.
I trained with the prestigious Herman and Wallace Institute in pelvic floor rehabilitation. I bring this expertise to my treatment of pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions for prenatal/postpartum clients, all levels of athletes, and people experiencing uncomfortable physical changes in any stage of life.
